How to Order a Gift Voucher?
A gift voucher for a travel experience can be requested via email or in person at the Adora Travel Office in Sunny Beach. It can be paid in cash, by bank transfer, or with a credit/debit card.
In order to purchase a gift voucher you need to provide the following information:
- Destination and name of the specific offer
- Period of travel
- Specific number of travellers (adults/children) and their names
Following a prior request for the chosen offer and subject to availability, the trip will be confirmed by Adora Travel. The voucher will be issued along with a travel contract and all other relevant documents.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
The holder of a gift voucher is entitled to the selected travel service under the following conditions:
- The travel voucher is personal The travel gift voucher is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- The voucher cannot be used for offers with preferential prices or promotional deals.
- If the voucher value is lower than the price of the selected service, the difference must be paid by the traveller; if the voucher value is higher, no refund is given.
- The gift voucher cannot be reissued in case of loss or theft.
