The restaurant is perched on the slopes of the Balkan Mountains, and its architecture is inspired by the traditional tent of the Bulgarian khans – the entire building is shaped like a grand tent. Inside, you can see the special Throne Hall, with inscriptions that depict the traditions, way of life, and history of the ancient Bulgarians.
